This data is accessed and processed on your device. It is not transmitted to, stored, or retained by us or our app provider. We do not sell this data, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising. The uses and restrictions described in this section apply specifically to health and fitness data accessed through this feature.
You can revoke the app’s access at any time through the permissions settings in Health Connect or Apple Health.
Our use of information received from Health Connect complies with Google’s applicable Health Connect permissions policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
1. Services
The Pilates Mix offers Pilates classes, private sessions, and related wellness services at 392 W Fallbrook #110 Fresno Ca 93711 and through our website. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.
2. Health and Assumption of Risk
Pilates and exercise involve physical activity and a risk of injury. You confirm that you are physically able to participate and agree to consult your physician before starting any program. You are responsible for telling your instructor about injuries or limitations before class. You participate at your own risk and may be asked to sign a separate liability waiver.
3. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations
Prices are listed on our website or at the studio. Payment is due at booking or as described for your membership. Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled session; late cancellations and no-shows may be charged or forfeit a class credit.
Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled as described in your membership agreement. Refunds are issued only as stated in our [REFUND POLICY].
4. Text Messaging Terms (SMS)
Program description
By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from The Pilates Mix at the mobile number you provided. Messages may include appointment and class reminders, booking confirmations, schedule changes, account alerts, promotional offers, and customer support follow-ups. arising from participation, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the
12 months before the claim.
